It’s a good looking place but not a comfortable place to stay. Positive: Convenient location to bus stations and airport. Negative: This place is so uncomfortable to live. There’re so many mosquitoes at night. I had almost 20 mosquito bites over my body for the first night, but there’s no mosquito killer in any means in the room. There’s even no reminder of the mosquitoes. It’s too hot to sleep on the bed in such hot summer with the thick quilt and thick mattress. My 4 year old daughter had bleeding nose for consecutive two nights. There’s only a standing hanger in the washroom to place the clothes, but it’s so dusty. There’s not even a hook behind the door to the bathroom to put my stuff for shower in the bathroom. The cleaning team definitely didn’t clean the room with care. The cover sheet and the cushions on the bed are with all kinds of hair on it, long and short, yellow and black, straight and curly, which implies they have not been washed for a long time.

Gut für eine Nacht mit vielen Personen. Vor allem als Zwischenstopp auf einer längeren Reise gut gelegen. Positive: Die Größe des Appartements war für uns 6 Personen super. Negative: Die Bettwäsche war bei der Hitze unangenehm auf der Haut. Vor allem die kleinen und schwachen Standventilatoren waren bei der angestauten Wärme in den Räumlichkeiten einfach nicht ausreichend, um Bewegung in die Luft zu bekommen.

Der var rent og senge og dyner var bløde og behagelige. Jeg sov rigtig godt. Negative: Jeg savnede en lampe ved sengen og et natbord. Flyene flyver virkelig lavt og larmer en del, dog ikke om natten, men tidlig morgen. Men det er jo ikke overraskende så tæt på lufthavnen.

Good Apartment, Poor Communication Positive: Our stay at Up&Great Apartments was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the apartment itself was comfortable and equipped with useful amenities, including a washing machine and dryer, which were very helpful during our family trip. The property was also generally suitable for a short stay. However, there were several issues that affected our overall experience. Upon arrival, we had difficulty locating the apartment. We attempted to call the contact number provided but were unable to get through. We then sent a message through Booking.com requesting assistance and only received a callback about 10–15 minutes later. The check-in instructions could also be improved. We felt that the directions were not sufficiently clear, and additional photos or more detailed guidance would have made the arrival process much smoother. In terms of cleanliness, we found an opened sanitary pad left on top of the dryer, which was clearly an oversight from the previous guest or cleaning process. What was more disappointing was that when this issue was raised, the response from management appeared rather casual, and there was little acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused. Future guests should also note that the apartment is located on the third floor and there is no lift. While this may be stated in the listing and could have been overlooked by us, it is something worth highlighting, especially for families travelling with young children, elderly family members, or heavy luggage, as the stairs can be challenging.
