Spacious Apartment near Zurich City & Free Parking

דירה סבירה, מתאימה ללינה בלבד וללא שהייה ממושכת בדירה Positive: דירה סה"כ נחמדה, מתאימה ללינה בלבד ללא שהייה ממושכת בדירה, הדירה יחסית גדולה ויכולה להכיל עד 7 אנשים כאשר האדם השביעי ישן על מיטת ספה שהיא פחות נוחה. Negative: נמצאת על כביש מרכזי שרוב היום רועש, המתקנים דורשים תחזוקה טובה יותר, כלי האוכל דלים ועשויים ברזל בלבד (כולל כוסות וצלחות) וזה ממש לא נוח ונעים. המאווררים בדירה היו מאוד חלשים ובקושי הרגישו אותם, ניתן לתגבר עם מאוור או מזגן נייד יותר רציני לפחות בסלון הגדול כי המאוורר לא מורגש, הריהוט בדירה לא מספיק ואין מקומות ישיבה נוחות עבור 7 אנשים ששהינו בדירה, המיטות סבירות פלוס.

Positive: The location was good for us as it was about 15 - 20 min from Zurich HB train station. Negative: The property had an irritating smell, was not well ventilated. It had no curtains or shades on the kitchen and bathroom windows (the bathroom window was translucent), so no privacy there. Also kitchenware were very limited.

Still a very good experience stay and I could have given a higher rating. Positive: Location is very good and the unit is very spacious. Negative: We were not told about the laundry facilities schedules. It is a common laundry in the basement and the tenants have their own schedules when to use it. You cannot just go down there and do your laundry. With language barriers, it is hard to communicate with the tenants. But if you are not staying longer than 3 days, this is a very good place to stay.

Very pleasant stay Positive: We stayed here and had a really comfortable time. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and in a quiet area, so everyone slept well. We also loved being close to the Limmat river — perfect for peaceful walks and a nice break from the city. Overall, a great place for families and we’d happily stay again.
