Positive: Location of the appt. It is well connected. Cleanliness n all amenities provided in the kitchen. Would love to go back once again. Negative: Basement area where washing machines are located is not very clean. Just maintain that area.

Positive: Very close to the oerlikon ost tram, bus, railway. Very well connected with the centre of the city. Clean and stylish. Negative: The bath space is too small. You need to face the wall in an awkward position to ensure that bathwater doesn't run out of the bathroom.

very nice place to stay Positive: nothing missing. excellent, clean, tidy and complete. Location is great very near to Oerlikon train and tram station. Complete kitchen. Clean bathroom, bedroom. Terrace was so joyous. Safe amd secure. Negative: None

Schöne Wohnung mitten in Zürich mit gutem Preis-Leidtungsverhältnis Positive: Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung und bequemen Bett. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wir hätten vom Boden essen können. Sogar Kaffee und Spülmaschinenreiniger war vorhanden Negative: Die Lage ist etwas „durchschnittlich“ an den Gleisen und über 3 Imbissen. Der Parkplatz ist etwas kurz - aber alles Tip - Top und man hört den Zug nicht.
