Modern Central Studio Apartment in Zurich Oerlikon

Positive: Primorosamente limpa e arrumada. Tudo parecia estar sendo usado pela primeira vez. O apartamento, embora pequeno em metragem, tinha tudo em área muito bem planejada e com armários em abundância. O único ponto negativo não foi por culpa dos próprios: as temperaturas neste verão estão muito excessivamente elevadas!

Positive: The communication with the owner was detailed and accurate. The room was immaculately clean, and the decor was extremely tasteful. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were high end. The distance to the train station was only 200m. The chocolates on the bowls were a nice touch. Negative: The apartment was very compact. Unfortunately, it was a very hot day, and the cooling system was poor quality - loud and very ineffective. Because there is major construction underway across the street, it was too noisy to have the window open during the day. There were no block out curtains, and no bottom sheet on the bed, just a mattress protector. Although ample amounts of storage cupboards, there was nowhere to put our cases. As ex moteliers, these are a few things that might help you receive 10/10 scores.

Centrally located in Oerlikon, great for a business trip. Positive: Great location next to the train station and within walking distance of the business district.

Enjoyed this space and location! Positive: Location was great for our needs. Walking distance to many things; such as, train station, town of Oerlikon and shops, one train stop away to the airport, nearby grocery store COOP, about a 5 minute train ride to Zurich City from Oerlikon. Download the SBB App, user friendly and the train day passes are valid for 24 hours. Bretzelhonig is the best Preztel bake shop so be sure to go there. We had such a great visit!!! :) There was a small little problem with the mechanism of the code lock door to our apartment, but Alex and the repairman were great to execute and repair the problem immediately. It happens. Alex, the property owner was great and super quick to respond. Negative: We didn't know about the keycard and the lock box for the washing / drying machines, nor did we know the code to the lockbox. Best thing is to contact the property owner in advance for the lock box code as it is not written anywhere, at least I didn't see it. The bed was fine but maybe a bit over used and the pillows were not comfortable, at least not for us.

Excellent stay Positive: Everything was perfect. The apartment is very comfortable, cozy, modern... really great! But the support service is outstanding! I really have to thank the team for all the attention given. Negative: The parking spots are a bit difficult to find at first, but we did find them.
