Modern 2BR Apartment w Balcony near Zurich Center

Appartement confortable et très bien situer pour visiter Zurich et ses alentours. Positive: La situation géographique trés bien desservie par train et trams. L'équipement de l'appartement la taille de l'appartement les petites attentions à l'arrivée (chocolat, café) Negative: Quartier parfois un peu bruyant avec les bars dans la rue. Le manque de sécurité sur la terrasse Préciser dans le descriptif de l'appartement le besoin d'un adapteur de prise pour grosse prise

Positive: Very close to Oerlikon Ost Stations. Negative: One of the early morning during my stay , music noise was so loud between 4 am to 6 am from down stairs cafe or bar ,my kids got disturb along with us . Apart of other nites & morning all was good .

Nice flat, but a busy street. Positive: Comfortable beds, nice decoration and easy access made this a good stay. Clean and functional. I would recommend Negative: The flat is on a main street, so busy. We had to close the window during the night.

Positive: Location of the appt. It is well connected. Cleanliness n all amenities provided in the kitchen. Would love to go back once again. Negative: Basement area where washing machines are located is not very clean. Just maintain that area.

Comfortable and spacious stay of leaving for family of 4. Positive: The facilities of the unit were spacious and clean. The host was easily reachable and responsive on any queries. Food amenities is just below the unit and supermarket was just a few blocks away. Parking lot available but require reservation and given flexibility if lot is not available to park. Negative: Washing machine and dryer machine area is at the basement area and quietly secluded. Timing allowed only between 5pm till 10pm due to some construction going on. Did not manage to used the dryer machine as they are laundry left by the neighbours are not being emptied for other neighbours to used despite 2 dryer machine provided. Other than this, everything is perfect.
