We booked this property for two nights but ended up leaving early because the conditions were simply too uncomfortable for us. During hot weather, the apartment became extremely warm and difficult to stay in. There is no air conditioning, only a fan, which was not sufficient given the temperature during our stay. The overall environment was also disappointing. The property is located directly next to a major construction site, with cranes and ongoing building works surrounding the area. This significantly affected the atmosphere and comfort of the stay. Cleanliness was below expectations. We found towels with visible stains, and there were maintenance and cleanliness issues in the bathroom area that should have been addressed before guest arrival. What was most frustrating was the lack of flexibility when we decided to leave early. Although we did not use the second night of our reservation, the property refused any refund or compromise. The most positive aspect of any accommodation is usually how management handles guest concerns when problems arise. Unfortunately, in our case, customer satisfaction and a fair resolution did not seem to be a priority. Based on our experience, we would not choose to stay here again.
