Zurich Oasis! 1BR City Apartment w Balcony & Views

Terrible Negative: Unfortunately, our stay was a major disappointment. The location was extremely poor — the apartment sits directly above a shisha lounge, with access requiring you to walk through it, and there’s also a weed store behind the building. We strongly recommend researching the area thoroughly before booking, as it was a significant deterrent for us. The room itself was uncomfortably hot, with no air conditioning or proper ventilation — only a small portable fan and ceiling fan that were ineffective. To make matters worse, the room faced an active construction site, with constant noise and drilling throughout the day. Extremely small bathroom.

Thank you Up&Great for the lovely stay and for the hospitality! Positive: Our apartment was comfortable and we felt safe and relaxed in it. We were arriving late in the evening so I was worried about the check-in but the hosts stayed online and available even at 10pm in case we have a problem or a question. They were really kind and kept in touch with us through our stay so even though we didn’t meet we knew we can always count on them for fast responses. The WiFi was very stable. The apartment was big and we especially liked that there was a balcony. The aesthetic of the place was nice as well. The candies left on the bed were such an adorable touch. The location was perfect for our itinerary - the train station was right down the street, the tram to the center was just as close and Hallenstadion was a straight 10 minutes walk. Everything was just great! Highly recommend! Negative: The only things I’d add for even more comfortability are extra pillows and curtains that are not see through for privacy.
